Patrol Family

THE PILOT PROGRAM

Run it with me.

It’s free. It starts with a thirty-minute call. I get to know your family, answer whatever you want to ask, set you up in the app, and pass on the tips my family worked out the hard way. Then I check in every week until you’re flying on your own.

Why I’m doing this

I built this for my own house and it works here. What I don’t know is how it lands in a family that isn’t mine. I can’t learn that from analytics — I need a real parent telling me what broke.

What I want back

Honest use, and honest reporting when it doesn’t work. That’s the whole ask. If you run it for a month and quit, I want to know why — that’s more useful to me than a family who pretends.

Who it’s for

You already suspect your kids are capable of more than their week asks of them, and you’d rather run something than read about it. Homeschool or not, religious or not, one parent or two.

One loop, run on repeat

  1. 1

    The Nightly Tally seconds

Nightly, every member: tally routine completion and mission progress, and drop in anything worth discussing at the next family council.

  2. 2

    The Parent Council ~10 min

Run one family with your spouse instead of two overlapping households: review the week, plan each kid’s council, set the family council agenda.

  3. 3

    Personal Councils ~5 min each

One on one with each kid: chores get paid, missions get discussed, next week gets inspired.

  4. 4

    The Family Council ~20 min

The whole patrol: camaraderie first, review the family’s progress, align on the coming week’s missions. Kids bring items, and items get decided.

The loop is the engine. Routines and missions are what it drives.

Tell me about your family

Everyone who signs up gets in — there’s no cap. Fill this in and you’ll get a link to book our first call: a 30-minute setup where I get you up and running.

I read every one of these myself. Your email is used to reply to you and nothing else — we don’t sell anything and there are no ad trackers on this site. Here’s what we do with information: Privacy Policy.
